How an appointment runs in your studio
A client sees your work online and wants a consultation. Through your booking link they pick a moment that is free in your calendar, even while you're in the middle of a session and can't pick up the phone. They get a confirmation straight away and a reminder before the appointment, so fewer appointments are forgotten and fewer chairs stay empty.
Before the treatment, the client fills in the consent form digitally, including an age check. There are no paper forms to keep, file or dig out later. A completed form is never changed afterwards, only added to, so it is always clear what was recorded and when. Health information is deleted automatically once the retention period has passed, so you don't keep more than you should.
You keep your hygiene log in the same place. If the health authority comes for an inspection, you can show in one go what you have done and when. After the session you settle the bill at the till, for the treatment and any aftercare products, and photos of your work are stored on the client card. At the next appointment you see straight away what you did last time.
Working with several artists? The calendar shows each day with a column per artist, so everyone sees their own sessions and the front desk sees who is free. Each artist only gets the appointments that are meant for them.
