Follow up missed calls automatically via WhatsApp
When a business misses a phone call, a WhatsApp message can be sent to the caller automatically. The customer shares their question there, an AI assistant collects the details, and prepares an appointment or call-back request. That way a missed call no longer goes to a competitor.

Why are missed calls a problem?
Someone who calls a tradesperson and gets no answer often calls the next one straight away. Installers, engineers and other tradespeople in particular can't answer while working: on a roof, under a sink or with a customer. Use the free reachability check to see what it costs you each month, or read what a missed call costs.
A simple example: suppose you miss five calls a week, and one in three would have become a job or appointment worth €150 on average. Then you quickly miss out on more than €1,000 a month. The same goes for a hairdresser with scissors in hand or a restaurant in the middle of dinner service: small businesses are exactly the ones that can't always pick up.
How does automatic follow-up work?
When you don't answer, your phone forwards to Corvo Apex; you simply keep your own number. The caller hears a short message, for example that a WhatsApp is on its way, and within a minute gets a WhatsApp from your business with a few standard questions. The answers arrive in your dashboard as a request, with photo, address and urgency. You confirm an appointment with one tap, or the assistant suggests a time itself.
You set your own opening hours. During the day the caller gets a message that you'll help them as soon as possible. Outside opening hours they get a different message, for example that you're available again tomorrow from 08:00, and they can already pass on their question, so everything is waiting for you in the morning. If someone calls from a landline or a withheld number, no WhatsApp is sent: you get a notification with a call-back request instead, and the dashboard shows who called. If the same person calls again within an hour, they don't get a second message.
How call forwarding works is explained in call forwarding when unanswered.
What do you need?
A mobile or landline business number that can forward when unanswered, and WhatsApp Business. We take care of the rest and set it up with your questions and service area.
Who is it for?
For anyone who can't always pick up while working: installation businesses, workshops, contractors, landscapers, cleaning companies and appointment-based practices.
Some situations from everyday work. A customer calls an installer at 21:30 because the heating has stopped working; they get a WhatsApp straight away, send a photo of the error code, and the request is ready as a job the next morning. While a bike repair shop is fixing a puncture, someone calls about a broken chain; they're asked what's wrong and when suits them, and the job gets scheduled once your hands are free. In the middle of a haircut a customer calls for an appointment and receives a WhatsApp with a link to pick a time herself. And when the phone rings during the dinner rush, the guest gets a WhatsApp to make a reservation, so nobody has to leave the pass.

Frequently asked questions
Does the caller get a message from my own number?
Yes, the WhatsApp comes from your own business number.
What if someone isn't on WhatsApp?
Then the caller doesn't get a WhatsApp, but you get a notification with a call-back request. Your dashboard shows who called, and with one click you mark that you've called back.
What does it cost?
It's included in Reachable, from €79 a month.
Does it work with a landline?
Yes, as long as your landline number can forward when unanswered.
Do I need a different phone number?
No. You keep your own number. Your phone only forwards when a call goes unanswered.
Does the customer know they're talking to an assistant?
Yes. The first message always says they're talking to a digital assistant (AI), and that you can read along and take over.
Can I try it first?
Yes. You can try it free for 14 days, without payment details. WhatsApp's own message costs are paid by your business directly to Meta, during the trial too.
