When Corvo Apex Technologies fits
In an organisation with more than 10 employees, customer contact, scheduling and administration often run through several people and several systems. A request comes in at reception, goes to a planner, is carried out by a team in the field and ends up with the finance department. Every handover takes time, and that is exactly where things tend to go wrong. We make sure those steps connect, so nobody has to retype anything and everyone can see what is going on.
Everyone sees what they need
In a larger team, not everyone sees the same thing. A planner needs different screens from someone in accounts or an employee on location. That is why you set, per person and per part of the system, what someone may see and do. What someone is not allowed to see is blocked on the server, not just hidden on the screen. The office assistant follows the same rights: through the assistant, an employee never gets to see more than they are allowed to see themselves.
