Free missed-call check

What does a missed call cost you?

Fill in three numbers. Not sure? Keep a tally of your missed calls for a week.

Revenue missed per month

€ 0

Per year: € 0

It doesn't have to be this way.

An indication only: revenue, not profit, and only what you miss by not picking up. We use 52 weeks per year (4.33 per month on average). Nothing is sent or stored.

Why it adds up so quickly

When someone calls a tradesperson and gets no answer, they usually just ring the next one on the list, especially for breakdowns and emergencies. With Reachable, the caller gets a WhatsApp within seconds and the request goes straight into your dashboard.

Missed calls are rarely the only leak. An appointment where nobody turns up is a gap in your diary that you can't fill any more. And a quote that only arrives after several days has often already been given to someone else. A reminder the day before helps against no-shows, and a quote you send the same day and follow up automatically is less likely to slip away.

How to fill in the numbers

Missed calls per week. Look at the call log on your phone and count the calls you didn't answer this week and didn't call back either. Leave out suppliers and sales reps you know; the rest are usually new or existing customers.

Chance it was a job. Not every caller becomes a customer. Think back to the last few times you did pick up: how often did it lead to work? A cautious estimate is better than a high one.

Average value per job. Use what you invoice on average, not the biggest job of the year. If your work varies a lot, take a typical week and divide the total by the number of jobs.

Different for every industry

For an installer or contractor it is often about fewer calls with a high value: one missed breakdown or renovation counts heavily. For a hairdresser, salon or practice the amounts per appointment are lower, but there are more calls and no-shows happen more often. A bike repairer or garage usually sits somewhere in between, with lots of short questions on the phone. That's why it pays to enter your own numbers; the values filled in now are only a starting point.

What you do with the result

If the amount is higher than you expected, missed calls are a good place to start. With Reachable every caller gets a message straight away and you get a request you can pick up when it suits you. If slow quotes and admin are the bigger problem, our Office solution lets you send a quote the same day and follow it up automatically. Every package can be tried free for 14 days.

You don't have to do it all at once. You can start with one part, see what it brings in for a month, and only then take the next step. Your dashboard then shows in black and white how many calls came in, how many we caught and how many of those turned into a job or appointment. After a while you'll know whether the numbers you entered here were right, and what it really earned you.

Frequently asked questions

Is anything about me stored?

No. The calculation happens in your own browser. We don't ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Is this what I'm going to earn extra?

No. The result is an indication of revenue you might be missing, not profit and not a promise. It helps you choose where best to start.

I don't know my numbers exactly. What now?

Enter a cautious estimate, or keep track for a week of how many calls you miss. Then fill in the check again.

Can I try different numbers?

Yes, as often as you like. The result changes as soon as you adjust a number, so you can compare a quiet week with a busy one, or a cautious estimate with a more optimistic one.

Can I go through the result with you?

Yes. Plan a call or ring +31 6 18 96 38 86. Together we look at which step pays off first for your business.
