No. Once you approve an invoice, it goes to your own accounting software.
Do I still have to type in my receipts?
No. You upload a photo or PDF, choose whether it's a supplier receipt, fuel receipt or other expense, and the details are read automatically. All you do is check it and send it on to your accounts.
Do receipts and expenses work with my accounting software?
Yes. Receipts are emailed to your accounting software's inbox address (almost every package has one), and you can download a monthly overview for your accountant.
What can I use the monthly half hour in Office Plus for?
Anything to do with your dashboard, your WhatsApp assistant or your visibility: updating copy, adding a new question for the assistant, putting together a report, making improvements to your website. Anything that doesn't fit in that half hour we do at our normal hourly rate, and only once you've agreed.
Can I save up the time?
No, the half hour applies per calendar month. That way we keep time free for you every month.
How does the quarterly review work?
Half an hour to 45 minutes, online or at your premises. We go through the figures in your dashboard and agree what we'll improve next quarter.
